Went to check out Hoi Faan the other night, a new restaurant in Bath. All started well, huge portions and nice drinks, and some stuff that you don’t normally see on Chinese menus.
I orderd crispy noodles for a main course, and although the plate was giant they were pretty bad. Then I found a random glass noodle under my crispy noodles, and put it down to a random mistake…Then I found chicken. In my vegetarian crispy noodles. There appeared to be chicken and other noodles UNDER the pile of noodles…It was pretty gross. The kitchen staff nodded solemnly and agreed to let us leave without even trying to excuse their mistake. I would not recommend this.
Then I felt bad, so went to get myself a drink from Starbucks, and they were out of soy milk! Bad times, you guys, bad times.
