Both of them are improvised but I will try to notate! That scarf is from the shop I work in, the blue one is mine <3
Pizza has garlic, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, courgettes, aubergines and barbecue sauce.
The mac and peas is the New Farm recipe, but I some tomato paste/puree, english mustard, nutmeg and black pepper. (And I don’t bother with garlic powder!) I then incoperate peas and make breadcrumbs by..tearing up bread. The secret to extra delicious is to season your breadcrumbs and mix some nutritional yeast into them. It makes for an extra layer of crispy awesome.
The gnocchi was about 5 potatoes for 2 portions, baked until soft. I peel the skins off, then mash all the potatoes, trying to keep them light/airy like a potato ricer did. Then I mix in flour, salt and a pinch of nutmeg. I mix it into a dough trying to not lose much air, and roll them out into strands which I cut up for the pieces. These get a little roll each between the palms between being transferred to a huuge pot of heavily salted water that is boiling but not at a rolling boil, as that destroys the gnocchi.
Do them in small enough batches so as to not let them stick together, and when they float to the top you scoop them into a colander in the sink using a slotted spoon. Once they’re all boiled, I fry them in a frying pan/skillet with marge, pesto and about half a garlic clove, finely chopped. Turn once, allowing some of them to brown slightly, and eat. <3
